25         Chapters submit New Member Orientation Evaluation form to Division. (COE Criteria #6)
30         a) Division submits Chapter New Member Orientation Evaluation form to HQ (DOE Criteria #6)
             b) Division submits Annual Meeting Credentials Verification form to HQ (DOE Criteria #7)

July
5-10     Division and Chapter download membership reports for Retention Program
12        Division and Chapter forward completed Retention Spreadsheet to HQ Membership Department.
